Instructional Technology Facilitator

The Instructional Technology Facilitator will provide leadership, training, and support to teachers and staff in the integration of technology devices and software with the purpose of enhancing and deepening student learning.
Provides assistance, support, and coaching to teachers in order to promote and facilitate the use of technology and information literacy in instruction.
Supports all aspects of IT, including, but not limited to, computers, printers, networks, and servers.
Assists with planning the design of the technology infrastructure so that information resources are continually available to the school community.
Maintains a variety of records related to instructional technology including software licenses purchased by TJCA, computer hardware inventory, training opportunities, and other reports as necessary.
Organizes and delivers staff development opportunities that support the use of technology in education.
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Technologies (Education) preferred. Three years of instructional technology experience preferred.
Working knowledge of G Suite for Education and substantial knowledge of hardware and instructional software.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers and staff.
Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the field of instructional technology.
