Q: Can we bring display items?
A: Yes! We encourage you to be creative with your display items! That can include a drape with your school’s name and logo, balloons, candy, pencils, etc. Considering that we will be in a hotel, it will be especially great to offer some sort of game to keep kids engaged like a wheel spin, a guessing game, or trivia. We ask that you do not bring any display items that are more time-consuming and difficult to clean up like glitter or confetti. If you plan to use electronics, you must bring your own extension cord.
Q: How many school representatives can we bring?
A: We recommend that you bring at least 2 representatives, but no more than 4.
Q: Can we bring students to share about their experience at our school?
A: Yes, as long as an adult school representative is present at your table during the entire showcase.
Q: By what time do we need to be set up?
A: All school representatives must be finished with set up by 5:45. Tables and chairs will be provided and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
