Dual Sponsorship / Membership Payment

Special Accommodations

(Each sponsorship includes one 6ft. table, table skirting, two chairs, and WiFi.   According to Event Center paragraph on page 3 of the of the Exhibitor Information Packet, all exhibitors bringing equipment or materials must enter the casino at the West Porte-Cochere then take the elevator to the Main Floor Event Center on the 2nd floor.)
First, refer to the Event Center paragraph on page 3 of the Exhibitor Information Packet.  Then, email Deiah Vambe dvambe@harrahs.com to request permission to use the loading dock and freight elevator.
Refer to page 2 of the Exhibitor Information Packet, and carefully follow the instructions.
Although you are free to use you own rental company, you are responsible for the terms made between you and that rental company.  Refer to the Event Center paragraph on page 3 of the Exhibitor Information Packet.  Then, email Deiah Vambe dvambe@harrahs.com to request permission to use the loading dock and freight elevator.

Add-Ons

 
(Logo add-on costs $100 flat and includes your company name, sponsorship level for this year, and link to your website.  These funds will support maintaining our new website features including our new job board.  Display will be included on a 300px by 300px slideshow that will last until 08/01/2019.)
