Your sponsorship registration was successfully submitted!   A confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form within a few minutes.   If you do not receive it, please check your spam, email settings, or whether you entered the correct email address.
All sponsors can expect to receive their booth assignment via email on or before Friday, June 15, 2018.
At this point, resort units at the Sea Trail are completely booked. We recommend that you contact the Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort (9 mi. away) at (800) 835-4533.  The group code is 286314.
If you still would like to try the Sea Trail, first hold Crtl and click here to review room options and hotel FAQs in a separate window, then do one or both of the following:

  1. Call the Sea Trail Resort at 1-800-624-6601.   Specify that you would like to reserve under the NC ASSOCIATION FOR PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS room block.  If rooms are no longer available under our room block, request one outside our room block.

  3. Email indicating your name and contact information, the room type, arrival date, and departure date.   Include code 44V2YR in your email and indicate that the reservation is under the NC ASSOCIATION FOR PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS room block

Unlike conference hotels in previous years, the Sea Trail does not have a registration website designed specifically for our room block.
In case you have not already, please review our Sponsorship FAQs by clicking here.   Since there is a lot of information to learn, we highly recommend a divide-and conquer approach in which each of you share the load by taking responsibility for reading, understanding, and carrying out different areas of these logistics (i.e. someone has knowledge of the hotel FAQs while another understands the sponsor FAQs).   If you still have questions after reading the FAQs, call Sea Trail’s Convention Service Director John Humphries (910) 287-1115.
