Badge Information

(Names of the individuals for whom we should make badges.   If you do not know yet who will be representing your company / organization, you will still be able to submit your registration.   Please remember to email josh@ncpubliccharters.org once you confirm who will be attending so we can include those individuals on our check-in list and have a badge ready for them when they arrive.)


Special Accommodations

(Each sponsor receives one 6ft. table, table skirting, two chairs, and WiFi.)
After registering, contact Sea Trail's Convention Service Director John Humphries (910) 287-1115 for directions to the loading dock.   Because the Sea Trail does not have a forklift on site, you must ship your items to Sea Trail's exhibition contractor Convention Makers, Inc.. Click the link to complete the shipment form and forklift order form. Refer to page 5 of the sponsor FAQs for additional details regarding Convention Makers.
After registering, contact Sea Trail's Convention Service Director John Humphries (910) 287-1115 to learn about the hotel's handling and storage fees.   The total cost depends on the number of shipments, the weight of each shipment, and the length of time each package will be in storage. Refer to page 5 of the sponsor FAQs to see more details about shipments to the hotel.
Although you are free to use you own rental company, the Sea Trail recommends Convention Makers, Inc. in Myrtle Beach.    Hold CTRL and click here to learn more about their services and access their exhibitor forms.   Refer to page 5 of the sponsor FAQs to see more details about using Convention Makers.

You will be expected to make payment upon receipt of invoice.   You will be notified your assigned booth once your payment completes processing.
