Greensboro, NC – Thursday, April 29, 2016,Triad Math and Science Academy Senior, Noah Worley, participated in the International Young Inventors Project Olympiad (IYIPO) and represented the United States of America with pride and honor. Noah competed against almost 200 students from 37 different countries and came home with the GOLD Medal for his project titled “The Use Of Function Generators As An Alternative Method Of Settlement Combinatorial Problems”.
The International Competition took place in Georgia (The former Soviet Union Country) and between April 21-23. Noah was the only finalist representing the United States of America and won first place. The 10th IYIPO event was sponsored by UNICEF, European Union, the Georgia Ministry of Education and the State Universities for Advancements of Global STEM Studies for high school students from around the world.
