2013 North Carolina Charter Schools Conference

We use the term “Sponsors” versus exhibitors because we want you to participate, not just exhibit! Our sponsors are encouraged to join in the breakout sessions and luncheons and be part of the sharing and networking from the beginning of the conference to the very end. You will be invited, along with all attendees, to visit and relax or work in our Concierge Suite that will be open each day until 11 PM.
Note: Effective June 25th the “booth” space is taken. We have special sponsorships available including $1,000 “VP Table Sponsorships” which offer a reserved table for 10 at all the (4) general events, including luncheons and party, with your signage at the tables. Rather than 1/4 page ads in the program book there will be a 1/2 page color ad with these levels! However, to get the ad in the book you must act quickly!
Sponsors: You will get priority exhibit space based upon (all exhibit space/booths are sold) but sponsorships are available
1- Level of sponsorship commitment and then
2- Date of your commitment pledge, not payment.

Sponsors and attendees will join the fun Sunday night from 7-9 in the Hospitality Suite, sponsored by American Public University, and again at Monday night’s dance/party, with Ken Knox & Company Band, at Club Fifth Season (above)!
For what we offer for your investment below see Sponsorship Descriptions. For existing Association business members your conference sponsor discount is 50% of what you have invested in the Association to November 1, 2012, or 50% of the sponsorship cost, whichever is less.
Commit to NC’s charters today and we will begin telling our schools about your support for them now with our bi-weekly emailer, Matters of Principal. Receive months of advertising! Also, be a presenter for our conference and gain additional exposure for your company!

Ad sizes and dimensions include:
- Full page without bleed: 8-1/4 x 10-3/4
- Full page with bleed: 8-3/4 x 11-1/4 with all type at least 1/2- inch from edge
- Half page: 8 x 5 (horizontal only)
- Quarter page: 3-3/4 x 5 (vertical only)
The finished full-page trim size is 8-1/2 x 11. Jpeg, tiff and PDF are all acceptable formats.
